Dear SBI PO Aspirants, as SBI PO 2016 Notification is going to be released /out in next 15 to 25 days it is important and helpful to know the previous year( SBI PO 2015) Online exam syllabus and Pattern. We are also providing you with the details of each section including topic wise questions asked in Online Exam .
SBI PO 2015 Online Prelim exam was conducted on June 20th. As you know might be aware, there are 100 questions which need to be solved in 60 minutes (1 Hour) . Each Question carries 1 mark and 0.25 Marks will be deducted for reach wrong answer. There will be 3 sections i .e Reasoning Ability, quantitative Aptitude and English Language. In Reasoning Ability and Quantitative aptitude there will be 35 questions in each section (70 question together ) and 30 Questions on English section.
Section Wise Analysis:
On June 20th the Online Preliminary Exam was conducted in 4 shifts. Here is the complete section wise details of the exam in the first shift at 9 am.
1) Reasoning Ability :
This section difficulty level was moderate as told by many candidates who attended the exam.
Out of the 35 questions, 5 questions were asked on Seating Arrangement, 5 questions on Puzzle, 5 questions on Syllogism, 5 questions on Inequality, 3 question on Blood Relations as per memory .

2) Quantitative Aptitude
According to some candidates who appeared for the test said this section was little bit hard, some others said difficulty level was moderate. Out of the 35 questions 10 questions were asked on Data Interpretation topics (2). 5 questions were asked on Simplification, 5 questions on Number series, , 5 questions on Quadratic equations. Remaining 10 questions were asked on Interest rates, ration and proportions and some other miscellaneous topics.

3) English Language:
Those who have some basic knowledge on vocabulary and good grip on English found this section easy as compared to those whose Educational background is Non – English. The detailed break up of each topic in English Language is given in table below
