Dear IBPS Clerk Job Aspirants, the long wait has come to an end today. As we have been saying from beginning that Interview for IBPS CWE V Clerks  2015 -2016 will not be conducted , it has been proved by today's IBPS Official notification about cancellation of interviews . So those who scored high marks in IBPS CWE Clerks V Main Examination will be directly recruited by banks  according to scores obtained in examination .

Once again to say NO INTERVIEWS for IBPS CWE  Clerks V and 100% weight age is given to scores obtained in Main Examination. So next step for you will be to wait for the declaration of Main Examination results which was conducted on January 2nd and 3rd. and after that call from individual banks who sends you Job joining letter . According to IBPS official notification the tentative schedule for declaration of results is in January month itself. But till today (23-02-2015) results are not yet declared. However , IBPS has released  notification on on 22-01-2016 requesting Candidates who appeared in Main Examination to  follow IBPS website for further information. and another notification on 01-02-2015 saying it waiting for clarifications from Appropriate authorities about release of main exam results and conducting interviews

Which means that many candidates who are eager to know results are contacting IBPS in large numbers about the results

Very Important  thing to keep in mind is that Prime minster of India through Ministry of Finance has ordered all public sector banks to Discontinue(remove) Interviews for Clerical and Sub staff Cadre from January 01 2016 . So IBPS must be talking to the Central finance ministry about the fate of Interviews for IBPS CWE Clerks V  .

As IBPS has issued Recruitment notification in September month of 2015 it has prepared schedules for 3 levels (Prelims, Mains and Interview) and accordingly prepared the exam  papers and other necessary arrangements.  

So, IBPS must be taking time (hence delay in result) to prepare final shortlisted candidates for job. On the other hand it may be seen that as there is dilemma whether to conduct interviews for clerks posts or not , IBPS must be asking Indian Finance ministry to exempt the rule (Discontinuation of Interviews ) for this time( CWE Clerks V )  .

What we suggest you is to keep preparing for Interview seriously as  preparation does not cost you any penny rather it will boost your confidence levels or it will be helpful if you are going to appear for PO exams in future where interview is mandatory.  Don’t Believe in false rumors and waste your valuable time thinking whether interviews would be held or not.
