IBPS PO VI 2016 Prelims exam Analysis - Exam date 16-10-2016

Here is the analysis for IBPS PO VI 206 Prelims exam  held on October 16,2016.

           English Language:

          This section was moderate to high level with most students voting it as high level difficulty.

      

         Out of total 30 questions,

          1. 5 questions were from Para jumbled sentences

          2. 7 questions were from Fill in the blanks

          3. 8 questions were from Reading comprehension test and

          4. 10 questions were from Spotting errors.

     

          Quantitative Aptitude:

          This section was the easiest section of exam.

       
           Out of 35 questions,

1.       5 questions were from Simplifications (Approximations)

2.       5 questions were from Number series

3.       6 questions were from Profit and loss, Time and speed , Time and distance, Ratios, Ages

4.       5 questions were from Quadratic equations

5.       10 questions were from Data Interpretation,

5+5 questions. 1^st is Table data and 2^nd is Line graph.

6.       4 miscellaneous questions

Reasoning

Maximum students are voting this section as moderately difficult. The advantage in this 

section was 10 questions came from seating arrangement topic which were easy to solve. One 

was a linear arrangement question and other was circular arrangement . Difficult part of this 

section is puzzles on which 10 questions were asked.

1. 5 Questions were form syllogism

2. 5 questions were from inequalities

3. 5 questions were from blood relations, ages, directions.

4. 10 questions were from Seating arrangement

5. 5 questions were form Floor puzzles and 

6. 5 questions were from comparison puzzle
