Has - Singular verb
Have - Plural verb
Had - Past tense verb
Having - Continuous tense verb

Has
Always use singular verb with singular subject
He - Singular subject
she - singular subject

Examples
1) She has a good mobile
2) He has a good book

Have
Always use plural verb with plural subject
We - plural subject
They- plural subject

Examples
1) We have a big LED TV'
2) They have a big house

I and You (Special case)

I - Singular subject
You-Singular subject

But, with I and You we have to use plural verb only

Examples
1)
 I has a book - WRONG
 I have a book - CORRECT
2)
You has a good smile - WRONG
You have a good smile - CORRECT

Had
 Had is a past tense verb. It is used with both singular subject and plural subject

Example:
1) We had a hero honda bike
2)She had ear ring's
3)They had play ground in house
4)He had bicycle during school days

Having
It's a verb which is used for expressing any ongoing activity or something that you experience/feel
Having is used in activities like eating /drinking
Examples

1) I'm having my tea
2)I'm having a tough time time without Air conditioner
3) He is having lot of work tension at office
4) She is having her dinner at a restaurant

Have / Having important usage differences

I am having a book - WRONG
I have a book - CORRECT
2)
We are having a Maruti Car - WRONG
We have a Maruti Car - CORRECT
3)
 She have high fever - WRONG
 She is having high fever - CORRECT
 4)
My father is not having any business - WRONG
My father does't have any business - CORRECT
5)
My sister is not having any boyfriend - WRONG'
My sister does't have any boyfriend - CORRECT
